How to Create a Report

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.What can I do on the free plan?

The free plan includes up to 10 reports per month, 5 analyses, 30 AI requests, 50 knowledge entries, and 3 QR location points. It's enough for small teams getting started.

Q.Do reporters need an account to use QR codes?

No, anyone can submit a report simply by scanning a QR code — no account required. It keeps reporting frictionless for field workers.

Q.How accurate are the AI suggestions?

Accuracy improves as more data accumulates in your knowledge base. That said, always treat AI suggestions as reference material and make final decisions with human judgment.

Q.How is my data secured?

Data is isolated per organization using Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). All communication is encrypted, and no other organization can access your data.

Q.What are the team member roles?

There are 4 roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer. Admins have full access, Editors can create and edit reports and analyses, and Viewers have read-only access.

Q.Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing section in Settings. Plan changes take effect immediately.
