WhyTrace Plus provides AI-powered workplace safety management tools, including root cause analysis, incident reporting, regulatory compliance search, and analytics dashboards.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
